The Story

The spark of Dakota City arrives at Mount Titans. Jon Kent brings Virgil Hawkins into the newest Titans lineup, alongside Yara Flor, Tara Markov, Stephanie Brown, Red Devil, and Eva, the Daughter of Tomorrow, with Nightwing and Cyborg looking on. The welcome is short: an emissary from Wonder Girl's tribe brings word of a rising force in the Amazon rainforest, and the team heads out on its first big mission with Static on the roster. The issue also digs into how Static's electromagnetic powers fit the team's dynamic.
