 Refunds and Returns Eligibility

1. Condition of Items:
  - Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. This includes being unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on items that show signs of use, wear, or damage.
  - For collectibles and rare comics, any items graded by a professional service (e.g., CGC) must remain in their original, sealed cases.

2. Time Frame:
  - Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.

3. Non-Returnable Items:
  - The following items are not eligible for return:
    - Sale or clearance items
    - Digital comics or downloads
    - Mystery boxes or specially curated sets

 How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us:

2. Approval Process:

  - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

 Refunds

  - Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

2. Partial Refunds:
  - In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

 Exchanges

- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please follow the return process, and specify that you are requesting an exchange.
