About Pre-Orders

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-orders allow you to reserve upcoming comic releases before they hit shelves. You'll receive your comics on or before the guaranteed deadline we set for each pre-order collection. We lock in deadlines to give you certainty—no guessing when you'll get your books.

When am I charged for a pre-order?

We charge your card when the pre-order is placed. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Yes! Contact us within 7 days of placing your order, and we'll process a full refund. After 7 days, cancellations may be subject to restocking fees depending on whether items have already been shipped.

What if a comic is delayed or cancelled by the publisher?

Publisher delays happen—that's comic book life! If a book is delayed beyond our guarantee date, we'll notify you immediately and extend your deadline. If a title is cancelled by the publisher, we'll issue a full refund or let you swap it for another book of equal value.

Shipping & Delivery

How fast is shipping?

Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days. We also offer expedited 2-3 day shipping on most orders. All orders are shipped with tracking.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States only. International orders coming soon!

How are comics packaged?

Comics are carefully packaged in rigid mailers with protective padding to prevent damage. We take care to ensure your comics arrive in excellent condition.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We stand behind every order. If comics arrive damaged, contact us with photos and we'll replace them at no charge. No questions asked.
